JOB TITLE: STAFF ACCOUNTANT

 

BASIC OBJECTIVE- Manages daily accounting activities, maintaining financial records, and ensuring financial reporting accuracy. This role involves a broad range of responsibilities including reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, and assisting with audits and tax filings.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES-

*Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles including general ledger accounts and subsidiary ledgers and reconcile financial transactions

*Prepare financial statements, reports and other necessary documents

*Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes

*Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and laws

*Contribute to the smooth operation of the accounting department and support overall business goals

 

QUALIFICATIONS-

Bachelor’s Degree Accounting, Finance or related field
