• Marketing Fulfillment Specialist

Position summary: Under the direction of the Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the sales and marketing team.

 Part-time, less than 30 hours per week

Position responsibilities:

• Collect and arrange sales samples and provide timely delivery
• Fulfill Amazon orders and manage Amazon fulfillment platform
• Respond and manage inbound phone orders
• Manage and fulfill website orders
• Provide donation coordination for pick up or mail
• Support the inventory and stocking of onsite store
• Utilize shipping software to provide cost effective delivery

Essential skills and experience:

• Reading, writing, numeracy, oral communication, problem solving.

Education and Experience:

• High School Student
• High School Graduate / GED

SQF Requirements/Responsibilities:

• Support SQF requirements by maintaining food safety plan and food quality through completing job tasks and maintaining the work area in a sanitary manner to ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, and Kosher product requirements.
• Report food safety problems to personnel with authority to initiate action and or Food Defense issues to the Food Safety and Quality Department.
